What is Kelul?

Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Kelul currently ships within Ireland only. If we open shipping to more regions in the future, we’ll share the news with our community first.

How long does delivery take?
Your order is processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. Most customers receive their order within 4–9 business days in total. Once your parcel is on the way, we’ll email you tracking details so you can follow it anytime.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order within Ireland, with no minimum spend required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Visa. All payments are securely processed.

Is my personal and payment information safe?
Yes. We take privacy and security seriously. Checkout is encrypted, and Kelul does not store sensitive payment information.

What is your return policy?
If something isn’t quite right, you have 60 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@kelul.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you’d like a different size or another item, contact support@kelul.com and we’ll help you set it up (subject to availability).

How long do refunds take?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link from your dispatch email. If it has been more than 7 business days since shipment and your parcel still hasn’t arrived, email support@kelul.com and we’ll investigate right away.

Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact support@kelul.com as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
